Sleeping late was unhealthy and useless

By that time I was unemployed. Waking up at 9, 10 or 11 am didn’t do much good.

I didn’t also feel very energized, especially in the afternoon. My energy levels were always low.

I realized that If only I slept at 10 am and routinely woke up at 6 or 7 am. How much time could I save? I could get more time, up to 5 hours! And I would also feel good and energized.
